Italians but the post totally decdicherò to move a criticism of the Festival itself:
Cannes is doing everything to scuttle its credibility becoming more and more like a circus than a prestigious award.
TOO MANY CATEGORIES:
seem to want to reward as many people as possible to make everyone happy and spend more and more entries (but not working members). Heineken Auditorium is a beautiful work, worthy of a Golden Lion for two or three or exaggerating, but how can one work to win 10 lions. And the speech of course applies to all the winners for each category dual, triple and quadruple your winnings.
SCANDAL GRAND PRIX: A Grand Prix
assigned and then immediately withdrawn because the country concerned has already been entered in 2009 and winner of a poor short list. (Including for Scrabble. See post "at the end of April")
TOO MANY VARIABLES IN THE JURY:
that members of the jury to exchange favors is well known, well known and confirmed by jurors penitents.
